Day 1: Pool Play
Day 2: Pool Play + Single Elimination Tournament Bracket Play
Guaranteed: 7 matches per team

Mountain Valley Mayhem Tournaments

Terms and Conditions
- Grand Prize will be prorated depending on registered teams per division. 8 Teams = $1,000 award. 6 Teams = $750 award. 4 Team minimum = $500 award.
- Eligibility: Only officially rostered players and staff from the winning team, per division, in Mountain Valley Mayhem Girls Volleyball Tournament are eligible for the award.
- Acceptance Deadline:
- The winning team must accept the award within 24 hours of being notified.
- Non-transferable: The award is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
Registration fee:
- 15U/16U OPEN Division registration: $495
- 17U/18U OPEN Division registration: $495
- Teams will not be accepted into the tournament until payment has been received.
- International Teams are welcome!
- Any refund requests received before April 1, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
- Any refund requests received between April 2, 2026 and April 20, 2026 will receive a 50% refund minus the CC processing fees.
- There will be no refunds issued for requests received after April 20, 2026.
NOTE: MVM TOURNAMENT IS SCHEDULED TO FINISH BY 10:00PM ON SATURDAY. PLEASE MAKE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS ACCORDINGLY.
Roster Disclaimer
Rosters are due 2 weeks (April 24, 2026) before the event, filled out in TM2.
- Please verify that all players and staff have a valid AAU membership.
- All players must meet the age requirements. NOTE: AGE WAIVERS are not allowed for this event.
- Max of (3) rostered adults on a Roster. Coaching Staff will be required to show ID upon Entry.
- CHECK-IN WILL BE DONE IN TWO PHASES
- Phase 1: VERIFICATION OF ROSTER AND SUBMISSION ONLINE
- Phase 2: TEAM CHECK-IN AND PACKET PICKUP ON FRIDAY MORNING. Details will be sent to email in registration after being accepted into the tournament.
